How We Do It

 

Isis' principles come from diverse backgrounds that combine extensive knowledge of on and offline marketing, web development, design, and programming. We have experts in the areas of site's usability and an in depth understanding of users' behavior online. These allowed Isis to develop its own unique and proprietary methodology that assures success when conducting online marketing for hospitality related business; an area Isis had chosen to specialize in.

Unlike some firms we do not view marketing as a single or even a series of advertising campaigns. We view marketing and online room sales as a continuous organic process -- from the moment a traveler -- a prospect guest -- decides to go online and look for a hotel in order to book a room, to the moment the prospect becomes a guest at your property. To that extent we apply the following three steps:

  1. Identify target segments and bring them to the website
  2. Set the website so the prospect guests get the information they are looking for quickly and painlessly, and that they end up at the reservation page
  3. Make sure the online reservation process is quick and easy so the prospect guest does not bailout mid-way

To the above steps we added a fourth step which is aftereffect marketing: reinforce the decision made by the prospect guest - a step that is intended to decrease cancellation rate.

Isis uses numerous on and offline means, at its SOLE expense, to bring prospects to the website. This includes but is not limited to, affiliations with various channels, media buying on and offline, long term relationships with various local (per property) businesses such as event centers, event organizers, etc.

We recognize that each property is unique. Unlike some of the large travel portals we spend the time to identify and define each property's unique selling proposition (USP), and then market the property accordingly. We also maintain a close relationship with the property, listen and address your individual needs, and are there when we are needed -- way above and beyond the call of duty. We truly care.

Finally, we provide the hotelier with powerful back-office tools to manage the online reservations process and we do it at no charge to the property. Our online reservation engine is constantly undergoing improvements to adjust it to technological advancements (e.g. wireless web surfing) as well as to the changing needs of our partnering properties.
