1. COMPLETELY at our expense we would market the property and sell room-nights. All expenses including our time and expertise managing the marketing AS WELL AS the marketing budget itself (media buying) are paid for by us!
2. We would provide you -- FREE OF CHARGE -- with an advance online reservation engine for online users to book rooms. You will have a secured 24/7 online access to an administration interface, and will be able to manage your own inventory and prices. You are in full control of the system.
3. If you so desire we will build a new website for the property or we will facelift your existing website. If you have a website which you like and am happy with, we won't alter it. If you operate your current website through another vendor or on your own, and would not want us to be involved with your main website, we have other ways of working with you which won't include access to your main web site. 4. If you wish, we will host your web site at our expense, and also provide you with email addresses such as XYZ@YourPropertyName.com.
5. We will advise you, at your discretion, regarding ways to better market the website.

Working with us means that if you wish we will not only sell your room-nights but also help you sell other amenities the property has to offer, such as restaurant, conference rooms, events, spa, etc.
